I did soooo horrible yesterday! Here is what my day was like in terms of food:
Thursday, Feb 24th 2011
Weight: didn't weigh myself
Exercise: none
Breakfast: Special K granola bar, 2 cups of regular coffee with white choc. mac. nut creamer
Snack: 2 slices of multi grain bread with 2 tbsp natural peanut butter, cran grape juice (sweetned with Splenda instead of sugar)
Lunch: Large sweet tea, Southern Style chicken sandwich from McDonald's (I know, Mickey D's is the worst!)
Snack: 90 cal. weight watchers choc. chip cookie, water
Dinner: Newman's Own Thin and Crispy Supreme pizza (the whole thing, which is about the same size as a dinner plate, minus picking the sausage and pepperoni off---so embarrasing!); Diet Coke
Conculsion: fast food=bad. Need to plan better so I won't be so hungry at night that I eat a dinner plate sized pizza. I'm so afraid to weigh myself right now...
