Life in the Fast Lane

Fast food is, in my opinion, one of America's best and worst accomplishments. The food is quick, for the most part super yummy, and it's oh so nice to not have to cook every time you want something to eat. However, this is the WORST food to put into your body. It's fattening and greasy, loaded with MSGs, very addictive, and who knows what it's actually made of?

I said I was going to record daily (or almost daily) what I eat in my blog, but I was out of town this weekend with no access to the web, and also I cannot remember a day-by-day run down of what I consumed this weekend, so I will just tell you this: I consumed waaaay too much fast food. 'nuff said.
