OK, well I'm not a loser (because I keep eating like a cow) so I must be a winner!!! (Yeah, I'll just keep telling myself that...)
Today I had...
9am: Atkins Meal Replacement Bar; 1 cup reg. coffee with creamer and Splenda
11:30 am: another Meal Replacement Bar; diet coke
2pm: A cheeseburger happy meal from McDonald's with a large sweet tea; 90 cal. weight watchers cookie
6:30 pm: 2 strips bacon, 2 eggs scrambled, 3 cinnamon biscuits, 1 cup reg. coffee with cream and Splenda.
Can we say too much junk food? Not enough water? Again, I have failed miserably and I'm still afraid to weigh myself. :(
